BLADES FOR ROAD AND FLOOR SAWS

Husqvarna’s range of diamond tools for floor sawing are designed to work in all types of material and with all types of saws, from small electric units to large diesel machines. All our blades for abrasive applications are fitted with undercut protection and we offer the highest possible performance in terms of cutting speed, blade durability, consistency and product reliability. Blade diameters range from 300 to 1200 mm and are divided into two groups: the F and L series for use on medium to high powered machines including F 1200 and F 400 Diagrip™ blade range, and the AS, GS and VN series for use on low to medium-powered machines. Husqvarna also offers the L 600 range of blades for slot cutting for electric and electronic cables as installation of traffic loops. The same blades could also be used in other joint widening applications.

CURED CONCRETE BLADES
■ Diagrip™, a revolutionary new technology for manufacturing segments, which yields superior cutting capacity, longer life and a smooth, rapid cut.
■ Because of the high power level of the machine, there are narrow water slots in the steel core to maximise blade life.
■ The shape of the segment ensures the tool cuts freely, from when you first apply the blade.
■ Laser-welded up to diameter 750 mm.

Cured concrete blades
■ Because of the high power of the machine, the blades up to diameter 500 mm feature narrow water slots, to maximise blade life.
■ Segments that are 3.6 mm and wider feature the sandwich design. This helps them retain their shape, which in turn provides superior cutting speed and maximum utilisation of the full segment height.
■ Laser-welded up to diameter 700 mm.
Husqvarna F 672 / F 675. Green concrete blades ■ The narrow water slots ensure a smooth cut and clean edges. ■ Choose either undercut protection (lowered segments) to protect against wear on the steel core in abrasive applications or no undercut protection in less abrasive applications. ■ All blades are laser-welded. Husqvarna F 685. Asphalt blades ■ All blades have recessed or lowered segments as undercut protection, to prevent against wear on the steel core. ■ Laser-welded up to diameter 600 mm.

■ Blades from 500 mm and bigger feature the sandwich design. This helps them retain their shape, which in turn provides superior cutting speed and maximum utilisation of the full segment height.
■ The shape of the segment means the tool cuts cleanly, from the first time you use the blade.

Husqvarna F 465.
■ F 465 is a general purpose green concrete blade with narrow waterslots to give smooth cut for cleaner edges. All diameters are laser welded.

■ Slot cutting for electric and electronic cables as installation of traffic loops.
■ All blades feature the sandwich design. This helps them retain their shape, which in turn provides superior cutting speed and maximum utilisation of the full segment height.
■ Segments and core are joint by laser welding.
■ Can also be used in other joint widening applications.
■ Our standard range offer blade diameters 350 and 450 mm giving slot width 6, 8 or 10 mm. But on request could we also supply other diameters and slot width up 20 mm.
